1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of information.
Information you provide us directly:
- Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for an account.
- Communications between you and BTC.
Information Collected by Us Using Technology:
We use various Internet technologies to manage our Services and track use of the Service. Non-personal information that we collect using these technologies may be combined with other information about you.
Device Information. We may collect non-personal information about the computer, mobile device or other device you use to access the Service, such as IP address, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language and other transactional information.
Analytics, Log Files and Reading History. We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of the Service, including a history of the pages you view.
We may hire third parties to provide us information, reports and analysis about the usage, browsing patterns of our Users. They may independently record the type of device and operating system Users are using, and general location information.
Log file information. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device.
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our Users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.
Device identifiers. When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers.” Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by BTC.
A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner about how you browse and use the Service and may help us or others provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

3. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address without your permission.
In the future, we may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In such transactions, we may include your information among the transferred assets.
Service Providers. We contract with other companies to provide services on our behalf, including credit-card and billing processing, advertising, email distribution, list processing and analytics or promotions management. We provide these companies only with the information they need to perform their services. These service providers are restricted from using personal information in any way other than to provide services for BTC, and they may not share, resell or use the data for their own direct marketing purposes.
Responding to legal requests and preventing harm. We may access, preserve and disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Service; or (4) protect the personal safety or property of our users or the public (among other things, this means that if you provide false information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions).
Unauthorized Access to your Information. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps to verify Users’ identities before granting them access to their accounts. However, we cannot ensure the security of any information a User transmits to BTC or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act governs information gathered online from or about children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for an account on the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
