Game Rules and Info
Sorry, we would rather you not take photos or videos in our rooms. We want to keep the puzzles and designs a surprise for every group.
No you are not. You are free to leave at any time during your Game for whatever reason (bathroom, phone call, etc). You are also allowed back in. You paid us to stick you in a room for an hour so you’re the boss, not us! We know you’ll have more fun inside the room so we strongly encourage you to not leave for the remainder of the game.
You don’t need to bring a thing other than the grey squishy matter between your ears. However we highly suggest closed toed shoes (ie. no flip flops) and no large backpacks or purses.
You have 60 minutes to complete your game challenges. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your game to check-in and sign waivers. Feel free to stay around as long as you like afterwards and take photos for bragging rights on Facebook. Or simply hang out and chat with our awesome staff.
Don’t be! There are many types of challenges that test all types of people. If you’re really stumped we will give you clues along the way to keep you moving forward.
Escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are placed in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of mental and physical puzzles to escape the room within a set time limit.
Although we call ourselves an escape game, we are far more than just that! At Beat The Clock, your goal is not simply to escape a room (boring!), it is to complete a mission before time runs out!
Booking, Payments and Waiver
There are no age restrictions, however we feel it’s best suited for ages 12 and up.
Participants aged 14 or under must have a responsible adult play along with them. This does not have to be the parent or guardian however the responsible adult cannot sign the waiver on their behalf.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian sign the Waiver to play.

Full refunds will be given for cancellations with 48 hours prior notice of your scheduled Game**.
We also understand that things can come up last minute and you may not be able to attend your scheduled Game. If you don’t meet the cancellation refund time requirements let us know before your scheduled Game time and we will be happy to re-book you at a future time. Please note that there is only 1 raincheck re-booking allowed and the cancellation refund policy does not apply to rainchecks.

**Unfortunately our refund policy does NOT apply for bookings and/or promotion codes that are purchased through third parties (such as Groupon or Living Social). Since we have not collected the payment, we have no means to issue a refund and as such the customer is bound to the third party refund policy – which are typically not as customer friendly as ours. However we are happy to honor our raincheck policy regardless of where you purchase your booking/promotion code.
Yes, you can book on behalf of your friends. However, whomever is making the booking request will be required to pay for the entire group during the online booking process.
If you do not want to pay for your friends, please have them book themselves for the same Game and time slot. They may need to hurry though as it is first-come first-served.
Yes, you can book the entire room for your own private group.
You sure can, and you can even go back into the room to continue playing. We only ask that you leave for important reasons such as using the bathroom or making a very important phone call as to respect the experience of the other players’ in the room.
We reserve the right to not allow customers back into the room, deemed at our discretion, if they are causing issues and disturbing the other customers.

We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept cash.
The cost is $28 USD per person (plus tax).

Yes! Ample free parking is available right out front of our location.
Unfortunately if you are late the game will have to start without you. Because you were not there for the briefing and instructions you will not be allowed to enter the game after it has started. And since there are games scheduled right afterwards, we cannot delay the start. Sorry!
We apologize for this and would be happy to schedule a raincheck for you in the future at no additional charge (see the Refunds and Rainchecks FAQ above for more details).
